I am very frustrated to have just spent over 40 minutes with a technician who valiantly tried to fix the problem that was caused by an onsite technician who didn't know what he was doing. Now I get to wait around for another technician to show up and try to fix the problem. I haven't had service with a bedroom television since it was installed over a month ago, the caller ID is sporadic and I may never learn these new channel listings. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. Suddenlink where are you now? If this isn't resolved quickly I'll be going back.
