I have just been given the worst service ever by the customer service manager.... Over the phone. Jennifer Stultz made little remarks under her breath as I was speaking and had a snappy attitude. I would like her supervisors Greg Williams or Reese Nelson to get in contact with me ASAP over this. I work in Sales/Customer Service and this by far is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The original reason for my call was the bogus data information that was online that they said was accurate and then said it was not date and time stamped when I clearly see the date and time stamp on their website. When speaking to this manager she said that the data used could have been another day? It clearly said on the website the date and times the data was used which was completely in accurate. I need facts and proof or I will cancel all my services with AT&T. I hope to speak to her supervisors soon.
