Defective Telephone Line

All of the other phone jacks in the building work except for one, the one that i want to use is the one thats not working, can someone direct me to a technician line so they can come and fix it, and please dont give me a support nuber as i was on the phone for 20 minutes today being redirected back to the same exact places.

Unfortunately there is only one public number for support of any kind. When you call in, confirm your phone number (if calling from home), and then just keep saying "none of those" to the rest of the prompts and the system will transfer you to a real person within a minute or two. At that point insist that they transfer you to the Retention Department. They have the training and authority to get things done.
