What are you trying to ask? Are you honestly suggesting that tiered users should be throttled like unlimited users?

beleive that is what he/she is tryig to put across, find it amusing when they don't understad that tiered users have a more strict cap the the grandfathered unlimited users, the currecnt unlimit users just have to put up with a slow down, tiered users that go over have to put up with not having spare cash to do other tgings orpay other bills (unless they have unlimited funds), being harranged by who ever pays the bill or in the case of my daughter - go without her allowance until the overage charges are paid back

Besides comparing the unlimted throttle to a 4GB plan is invalid, the plans are not the same, the unlimited plan never included tethering, where as the 4GB plan is specificly for tethering the user pays (key word here, pays) for the additional 2GB for the privige of using their phone as a modem - a unlimited user that does that and get caught loses their unlimited plan

Tiered users should not be throttled. AT&T is not the one who wants to throttle tiered data plan customers. It's Unlimited customers they're after.
