First part of this feedback is how difficult it is to actually provide feedback to AT&T. Now that I am almost 30 minutes into getting to this point, I would like to provide some feedback for a great employee.
I recently returned from Afghanistan, a place where I have spent a good portion of the last 10 years as I serve in the USAF. I talked to a representative Francisco before I left for my trip and told him I would like to reduce my service as I would not be using my phone for some time.
After my trip, I was contacted by Francisco (I told him the approximate time I would return to the US), only to find that the plans I had for data and texting were no longer available. To make a very long story short, Francisco did everything possible to keep me as a happy customer. It is very difficult to leave the U.S. for months at a time, and try to get services reduced to save money while gone. Unfortunately, I don't think AT&T has made this very easy for their military customers, as everytime I return I am forced to pick a different service since my plans continue to no longer be available. Francisco did a great job either getting my services back the way they were previously, or crediting my account for services that I was now forced to buy since the plans I had were no longer available. I appreciated his hard work, and he should be recognized by AT&T. I would most likely not be an AT&T customer anymore if it were not for Francisco.

@tanker135 Thanks for letting us know that Francisco provided great service. I'll make sure your kind words get back to both he and his manager.
Thanks for your service as well! I was in the Air Force and was a military wife for a good deal longer. I know how frustrating a TDY can be and I'm very glad that Francisco was able to make this part of it easier for you.

I would like to recognize one of your employee's name is John. He is at the store 5752 W Amarillo Blvd Suite 100 amarillo Tx. My mother had purchased a new cell phone and once at home she could not navigate the phone and there is no instruction booklet. When she purchased the phone no one showed her how to use the phone. Mainly adding and deleting contacts. I took her back into the store and John took such good care of us. He was so patient with my mother who is 86. He showed her all the features and restored all her contacts she had removed by mistake. He was so happy the entire time we was there and so knowledgeable he answered all of our questions. It was like a breath of fresh air to have him to help us there is not many young people who take theyre job so professional and the kindness he showed was far beyound my expectations there is any awards or compensation I fully believe he should recieve this. Thank you John you have renewed my faith in your store.
