I WOULD LIKE TO SEND FEEDBACK TO ATT.COM ABOUT THEIR ONLINE WEBSITE I VISIT THIS WEBSITE AND I WAS DOING SOME SEARCHING ON DIFFERENT CELL PHONES AND I WAS PARTICULAR INTERESTED IN THE PREPAID PHONES AND I FOUND IT TO BE MORE OF AHASSLE AND SOMWHAT CONFUSING TO ME ABOT THE ADDING THE DEVICE OF YOUR INTEREST TO THE CART AS WELL AS TRYING TO ADD A $ 2 DOLLAR A DAY DAILY FEE PLAN TO THE CART AND NO MONTHLY PLAN SUCH AS THE $25.00 OR $50.00 A MONTH DATA PLAN THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN IT KEEP SHOWING UP FOR ME TO ADD TO THE CART THE POINT TO WHICH I AM MAKING HERE IS AS A CUSTOMER WHEN I AM SHOPPING FOR A PHONE ONLINE ON ATT.COM WEBSITE IT SHOULD BE MORE EASY TO UNDERSTANDSTAND AND NAVIGATE AND MORE SIMPLIFIED AND LESS OF A HASSLE AND AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER AND I THINK THAT I ALSO SPEAK FOR A LOTS OF OTHER AT&T CUSTOMERS AS WELLWE WANT OUR VISIT AND SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TO BE ONE IN WHICH WE ARE ABLE TO EXPLORE AND SHOP WITH EASE AND FIND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A TIMELY MANNER AND IS HASSLE FREE AS WELL WHICH IS MORE CONVENIENCE AND A HAPPY EXPERIENCE FOR US AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION FOR ALL OF AT&T CUSTOMERS . THIS IS MY FEEDBACK FOR TODAY I WOULD LIKE FOR THIS TO BE PASS ON TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT THAT HANDLE FEEDBACK AND I HOPE THAT IT WILL BE READ AND TAKEN SERIOUSLY .THANKS.
