This week, I recieved the worst customer service i have ever had in my life. I am stunned at the way they treated me. I need to cancel my AT&T service...and I must tell someone higher up how I was treated. (Not that they care). I can't believe this company is still in business, after my experience this week.
Does anyone have contact info for the Executives where i can email or mail a letter?
Thanks!

Hi Jamileh .. I too have need to escalate a ridiculious situation to AT&T Executives. My issue is with the Credit and Authorization department. Sales could not help, Business Services could not help, Customer Service could not help. I need someone with authority who can take some action. Can you assist me with getting an email to the right executive who can help? Please email me directly at {Personal content removed for your safety}. AT&T is about to lose another customer. Thank you. Rob

Hi Rob,
As wingrider noted, please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number, a brief summary of the issue and the best time to contact you. I will have a member of my team contact you to discuss the issue.
To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.

This is a fine decision on your part (AT&T Wireless). Let me tell you what I'm going to do, just so you know. I have three lines one of which the contract expires on 11/11/2012. So on 11/11/2012 I will cancel ALL my lines with AT&T and pay the ETF fee of $315.00. I will then go to Verizon and get a better plan and better service (since you have service issue's in my area that I have been dealing with since the beginning). I will then get three new iPhones for $199 each, then sell the two iPhones I currently have for far more than the $315 fee I will pay you to cancel early.
So in summary AT&T will lose me as a customer because you don't feel it's worth keeping me over an early upgrade fee of $250.00. To replace old phones that will not work with the new 4gLTE service along with many other new features. See it's not just about the fee, it's about new equipment that will provide better service to me. So this is your business decision and in the end you lose, not me. In addition to this you should know I will also cancel my home phone, another $50 a month, and my U-verse internet $38 a month. I am also a Direct-tv customer with combined billing. The contract on this also expires this year and just because of this issue I will cancel. As you know I already had pre-ordered the iPhone 5 on the other line and have since cancelled that order, so you know I'm not just making idle threats, I’m leaving AT&T!
In summary you are allowing me to leave over $250, or for me $65.00. This was a great decision by AT&T I hope it was worth it.

cabri - you do realize that there is a etf on each and every line, so your 315 is a tad low if you have more then one line.
Upgrade datae is not equal to contract end date, so if november is your upgrade date you stil have at least 4 months more of contract requirements

Amazing how people think that they shouldn't be responsible for fulfilling the contract they agreed to. At least AT&T has an Early Upgrade Option. Verizon has no such thing. AT&T has done nothing wrong here. You are acting very irrational over the fact that you do not want to honor your end of the contract, while trying to make AT&T look like they've somehow wronged you by not giving in to your demands. Sheez....

I am sorry we're not able to upgrade your phones early, but we are not able to change your eligibility dates.
