I wanted to find out and start with A T & T before I go to the FCC. How can I send a complaint letter or what is the address to the corporate office? I have been a customer since 1999, and did not have any issues with A T & T until this year. I have lived in my home since I have been with AT & T but over the last few years the cell signal has been getting worse and worse at my home. In March of 2010 I called the 800# questioning about the service and telling them that my phone had previously worked until a few months before that time period. The gentleman that I spoke with said "no problem, we will send you a new replacement phone for you to try for 30 days and if it doesn't work you can send it back". Little did he tell me that he was "upgrading" my service or extending my contract..As of November 2010 my contract would have been UP AND HE KNEW IT AND I COULD HAVE CHOSEN TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!! So for the first 30 days the phone did work OK. I was getting phone calls, surfing the internet, sending text messages, etc...then after a few months the service went out again. Everytime I would call (every few months) they told me "sorry mam, but now you are in a contract until march 2013" WHAT!!!!!!!!!!????? we use our cell phones as our home phone but what good is it if it does not pick up in the house??? my husband has sprint through his company, my son has a trac phone, and my father in law has Verizon. All of these pick up around and in my house but yet my AT & T phone will not! They offered me a microcell but expected me to pay for it. I think that is ridiculous when the service is their fault!!!!!!! All I want if I am stuck in the stupid contract is for me to be able to make phone calls on my phone. I expect A T & T to make it good. It was their mistake because of one guy who I wish I had gotten his name, stupid on my part. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Everyone that I know is switching from AT & T and going elsewhere. Obviously they do not care about their customers very much!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having network issues. If you'd like to speak to someone about the upgrade experience and the network issues, I'd be happy to set that up.
If you'll please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you; I'll have someone give you a call.
To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
As of May 1st, I am no longer serving as the Community Manager for AT&T. This account will no longer be able to accept private messages. If you have an account related issue, please send a private message to ATTCustomerCare.

Are you asking me or the original poster?

Go to AT&T website and find Invester Relations. In that page, click on Corporate Governance. There are links to the leadership and corporate office etc.

The only language is pain and only sensation a corporation has is it's wallet. But what can we do?
AT&T t-mobile merger didn't work, did it? It's the price of having unhappy customers. Write to your representative, FCC, BBB,....
Be vocal!!
Thank god sprint is selling iPhones now.
AT& T Operator would not understand , or AT&T Company Policy is Wrong.
