I would like to know how many unused minutes by month so I can determine if I can change plans, also if you change plans do you lose your rollover?
it is shown on the online account manager and it is shown on your monthly paper bill - what your current balance is, how many you are adding and how many fall expire.
One thign to remmebr if you change your voice plan, your roll over minutes will be dropped to equal your plan that you switch to. So it you have 2000 roll ver and you change to a 700 minute plan, you lose 1300 minutes when you change, this is documented in the TOS
