This is the second time I've gotten email from AT&T about an account I don't have, but there's no way to reply to the email to say that they've got erroneous information. It says to log on to your AT&T account to send email -- which is impossible to do if you don't have an AT&T account. I'm willing to send snail-mail but can't find an address anywhere. This is frustrating to say the least -- and is not the first time I've had this problem with AT&T.
My recent email says "This e-mail is to confirm and explain recent changes you made to your wireless account...." I DON'T HAVE AN AT&T ACCOUNT OF ANY KIND, WIRELESS OR WIRED.

Yes, I'm aware that somebody erroneously gave my email address, but I find it ridiculous that AT&T doesn't have a way for me to reply to their email or otherwise communicate with them either by email or snailmail. The idea of having to call AT&T is extremely off-putting. The last time I had to do that I was on hold for something like half an hour. I have the minimum number of telephone minutes one can have per month and don't like the thought of using them up trying to correct an error that I had nothing to do with because AT&T refuses to let me do it by email. An easier answer is probably just to kill-file any email sent to my address by AT&T.
