I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service

I have had the LG neon for a little under a year and have already had to trade it in twice because it broke.It is a terrible phone and I reccomend it to nobody.It broke again a week ago so I called customer service and I spoke with a manager and he said if i took the phonhe to a store they would give me a brand new phone of a different model and make.He lied.I callled back two days later when I figured this out and was on the phone for an hour and five different representatives before the last one pretened the line was breaking up and hung up on me!I hate ATT customer service.So now I will be going to the store and throwing a fit.ANyone else have simialar problems?Or ideas on how I can get what they promised me????Thanks

I'm sorry that you've had to deal with this. It should be pretty simple to get your phone replaced when it's broken.
Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you? I'll ask a member of our team to contact you directly to review your account, discuss this issue and make sure you know what all of your options are.

You have no idea, I had the worst experience ever today with a representative. I was literally in tears after talking with him! He even lied to me about his position so that I wouldn't be able to speak with his manager. Turns out he is a branch supervisor. I got his full name and location (verified by another assoicate) and am looking for a way to report him. I was trying to find out ways to upgrade my phone to an iphone from a blackberry and he was yelling at me about their contracts with apple. I certainly don't think that AT&T would want someone like that representing their company let alone supervising a branch of customer service.
I then asked about cancellation fees because I was ready to cancel my entire account with him and he was short with me. I am all about customer loyalty and have been with AT&T for a while but am certainly reconsidering if I am going to get yelled at when trying to switch my cell phone model.
Please let me know if anyone knows a way to connect with corporate or anyone who cares for this mans information. I can't seem to find it on the website.

I'm very sorry that you had such a horrible experience.
Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, all the information you have on the individual you dealt with, your phone number and the best time to contact you?
I will have someone contact you directly to ensure this person's manager is aware of this experience.
In addition, this person will also review your account and go over all your upgrade options.

If you can get out without paying huge early termination fees I woul do it. There sales people are no better than a cars salesperson. They tell you one thing and conveniently leave out necessary information or out and out lie. I used to be with verzon for many years but switched because the are I live in just doesn't get great reception but there customer service reps were much more pleasant to deal with and were willing to bend over backward, esp for long time customers. Sadly that just doesn't seem to be the case with AT&T

Well after posting my complaint to this site I am happy to say I got a call from ATT two days later and they are sending me a phone upgraded from the one I have free of charge!!!!Yay

I'm going through the same thing with AT&T I have an HTC surround phone I have returned 4 times. Every time you call you get a customer service rep 1 says 1 thing someone else tells you differently.
