Just another company getting too big

I always liked ATT until recently. Their customer service protocols are not designed logically. It typically takes several calls to find the right person since often reps refuse to escalate the call. The coverage map is not accurate by any definition. I believe it is near criminal to post the claims they do and fail to deliver. Then, after failing to deliver on this coverage, if you do not notice the issues before your 30 days, it is too late. They will make sure you pay for their own misleading marketing and deceitful sales tactics.

I honestly believe that companies use contracts to avoid good service. If they were really good, contracts would not be needed. Just another scam.

I have the number for Nicole {personal content removed for safety} who can't wait to advise you she is calling from AT&T presidents office. It gives you a glimmer of hope only to find you resolution will not be had as in each step thru their customer service or lack there of they all have a means of 'kicking the can' being non responsive as they push you off to someone else. I am a disabled Vet and have dealt with the VA for more then 20 years and before I experienced AT&T I would have bet my house that the VA was the most non responsive big agency...now after 2 years of dealing with AT&T I see they beat the VA in pushing your calls your claims for damage due to their improper installation and general customer service. This company tops the charts in being unavailable and non responsive.. Good luck if you want that number let me know!!
