A stroke, 83 years old, 3 days on the floor in her condo and no ATT service. Someone disconnected her line even though she was on a daily call for months with ATT trying to resolve issues.
Now she is coming home and will need a land line service.
Who can I talk to at ATT to make sure she will have service.
I need a senior person, and a contact reachable from outside the USA
