Need help - very upset and I can't find a number to call for complaints

I had a "grandfathered" unlimited data for several years, but apparently when I upgraded my phone AT&T changed it to 3G without my permission!! I told the representative at the store to ENSURE he did not touch that on my plan, he promised it stayed the same. I was in the process of moving so had tons of stuff going on and didn't check my bill. Now AT&T won't fix THEIR mistake!!!! I have been on the phone for hours and want to cancel my contact but me and my husband have 7 lines between us. Why does AT&T not care about losing $500/mo? Why do I have to pay for their mistake? If this isn't resolved ASAP we will both cancel, I will file with the BBB, and anywhere else I can find someone to listen. This is awful service and I have read tons of blogs that this has happened to others. AT&T should own up and pay for their own mistakes, not their customers!!!!!!!

I'm sorry that you're having an issue with your account & service.
Can you help me understand a little more about what's going on?
I understand that you had unlimited data but am not sure what plan you currently have. 3G is a type of service, not a data plan.
How long ago did this happen? What phone were you using before and what did you upgrade to?

Sorry I now only have 3 gigs of data instead of unlimited.

Sorry, I accidently responded before. It happened in February (more then 90 days), but I never signed anything or agreed to this change!!! My husband got me an IPhone 4S and I had a 4. All I did was go into the store and have them switch my phones on my account, I did not sign any new agreement or anything!!!! Why is it my responsibilty to check on AT&T errors???

When you upgraded your phone, you entered into a new 2 year contract. I can definitely have a member of our team give you a call to review your account and go over your options.

I understand, but unless the phone was purchased at full price; a new two year agreement was signed.
