I changed to AT&T in November and out of 3 lines, I have 2 with the iphone 4s. I clearly told the customer service representative at my local ATT to add the 6.99 dolalrs a month insurance to both phones. I didnt check it clearly in my first bill since the price was so high, but in the second bill, I found the cost to be lower then I calculated. After checking carefully, I found that both iphones did not include insurance. After contacting AT&T, they told me that they cannot add it since 30 days passed. Im confused on why they cannot add insurance although it is their CSR fault that it wasnt added.
Any suggestions from you guys could give me?

I had this same problem, although I'm a little further down the path than you were. Were you successfull in getting the insurance added back onto your account?
Thanks in advance for your response!

the time limit is not att's rules, it is assurions' and no, no one has resolved it becasye there is no resolution. Assurion is the insurance underwriter they they do not make exceptions,
