I was trying to make an order for 2 phones that are only available online. So i got the confirmation number by email and said that i was approved and they will process my order within 24hr. Come to check after 24 hours and no update, so i check back within 36 hours and it shows that my order was canceled. I didn't get an email, a phone call or anything to let me know if they needed something else or why exactly they canceled my order. I tried chatting with an agent, and come to find out they can't check the status or anything in regards to an order, but you can still place an order pretty much. I'm extremely upset by this becuase I have not heard one bad thing from friends. But this makes me not want to get a contract with this company due to this is probably how they will treat me in the future. i.e did not get an invoice, email, call ahead for an uverse account.

One reason that order may be cancelled is due to a security deposit being required. Since security deposits cannot be collected from online orders, the order will be canceled and your money will be refunded. You will be able to sign up for service in a corporate store and e able to pay any deposits required though.
