I just decided to report my cell phone which has acted poorly from the time I purchased it. I took it to the at&t store, reported it to technical service. No one understood my problem with the phone's contact card which was duplicating each contact up to 10 times!! Recently I dropped it and decided to put my insurance to work. I truly thought I would not have been charged for the new phone they so gladly agreed to send out. My prior troubles and woes were just ignored. My complaint is - why should I pay for a new phone when the one I first purchased was defective all along???![]()
