I hope that this message somehow makes its way to someone who can personally recognize Laura {Personal content removed} for her exemplary service. I have worked in hospitality management for over a decade, so I know a thing or two about how one should treat a customer and Laura exceeded all of my expectations. I called in with a simple change of address. When Laura asked if she could help me with anything else, I realized that I wasn't sure if my rate plan was quite right for me because I recently started to accumulate some overage charges. I wasn't asking for anything more than advice on whether or not Laura thought that a different rate plan might better meet my needs. Laura proceeded to spend about 20 minutes reviewing my history and talked me through all of my options. As a courtesy, she credited my bill to take the sting out of some recent date overage charges and gave me some rollover minutes. She did all of this on her own, when I did not ask for a thing. She simply noted my long-time loyalty to AT&T and acknowledged that it may take some time to adjust to a change to a family plan and the recent addition of a second line. She hoped that these credits would make it easier to figure out how to fine tune my plan usage to avoid overage charges in the future. I honestly have never take the time to praise someone in writing, but I could not pass up this opportunity. Laura is a keeper and she has solidified my loyalty to AT&T. Kudos!
