hello everyone I also have a premier account and I also have a Fan number anyway everytime I call Premier service I get the runaround and today Thursday June 14 2012 I called AT&T corp offices and I takled about the poor Customer service I got the runaround there as well I think in my view all cell phone Carriers incuding AT&T HAVE VERY BAD/POOR customer service dont get me wrong AT&T has great cell phone service espically with them selling I Phones but when it comes to their telephone customer service in my view IT SUCKS when you go to a AT&T corp store there great they help you with no problem I have had no problem with going in person to an AT&T corp store but their dealers are a different story but im not getting into that the reason I called premier service is I wanted to put 2 of my numbers on their own seperate bill 1 is a laptop stick and the other is wireless home phone I got the runaround they would not do it they transfered me several times then after the third transfer I told them this please all dont get offended as to the language I am about to use its not intended to offend anyone ok I told premier service this I am tired of all the transfering,runaround and not doing what the paying customer is asking so thats all I have for now bye and I hung up thats all I have for now have a great night

Get used to it. Unfortunately Premier service is in my experience worse than regular 611.
