I damaged my phone, got wet, tried to dry it out for a day, called and have a replacement coming from Asurion. My old phone turns on now but doesn't recognize sim card. When I ordered the new phone, I opted without the sim card because I figured it was fine. If I get the replacement phone and the sim card doesn't work in it, can I just go to the AT&T store to get a new one? Does it cost anything? Thanks for any help! I'm new to AT&T

You can get a SIM from any retail outlet, and some 3rd party franchise - cost is between 0 and 25.00. Have gotten them for free and have had to pay so you need to check the store

Generally speaking, they're refurbs.
