I totally agree with you about att customer service being terrible but I have not experienced any rudeness.
Dealing with att for the past 11 months has been one of the worst experiences of my life and I'm 70. The woman in the store screwed things up from the start. She did everything wrong and I spent over 20 hours trying to get things straight. Just when I think that things were straight I would get another bill that was higher than what they told me it would be. I have a little more than a month until my phone contract is up and I will never deal with att again after that.
