I purchased a phone from best buy mobile at a new 2 year. I didn't like the phone so I returned it within my 30 day window. I wanted to do some more research before making a decision. I was told that after returning the phone my date would be rolled back within 3 days so I could buy a new phone at the early upgrade price.
When the date wasn't rolled back I called AT&T. They told me to go back to Best Buy Mobile and have them call a number and then wait three days for the date to be rolled back. I did so and witnessed Best Buy Mobile call AT&T to have the date rolled back.
3 Days later and still nothing. What can I do about this?

This should happen automatically but it sounds like something didn't work properly.
