This is for all of the AT&T faithful who are being poked in places we did t ask for by the fat cats <nope> of AT&T who charge us the same price for service of what should be a 3G or faster service then robs us blind and throttles us without financial compensation. This is for all of you who desided that throttling those of us you can't <nope> with overages, you have a rude awakening coming from at least the 15iphones within my wireless friends and family who I, myself brought to AT&T with the ideals that it was benifficial for me and my family to be under the comfort of at&t and only to be rewarded for 8 plus years of patronage by service you could beat with boost mobile the section 8 housing of wireless networks. By months end say good by to me and mine you self entitled <nope>. At&t can kiss the {Personal content removed for your safety} family and who ever we can take with us good by and hello sprint who doesn't throttle new customers or the back bone patrons who have been there for years and seems to me and mine that sprint is the only truly unlimited bang for the buck not some lame duck version of Verizon wireless... <nope>

Yet more and more people are joining AT&T... What gives?

Hey drumnbass - the reason is that until people join they don't know how bad the Customer Service is...
Consumer Reports ranked AT&T lowest in customer satisfaction:
In the newest satisfaction survey of Consumer Reports online subscribers, a provider called Consumer Cellular topped the Ratings—and AT&T found itself at the bottom of the Ratings for the second year in a row.
Of the four major U.S. national cell-phone standard service providers, Verizon again scored the highest in this year’s Ratings, followed closely by Sprint. Survey respondents gave very good scores to Verizon for texting and data service satisfaction, as well for staff knowledge.
T-Mobile was below Verizon and Sprint but continued to rate significantly better than the higher-priced AT&T, which recently withdrew its application to the FCC to merge with its better rival.

I'm sorry that you've had such an unpleasant experience and wish you the best of luck with the carrier you choose to use going forward.
