I have the Motorola Backflip and it's been having problems. It recently locked up on me for over a day and wouldn't let me do anything, I did a factory reset and that seems to have gone away but now the phone randomly shuts off and turns back on. I wondered what my insurance covers when it comes to these issues? Or what else I can do?

The best thing to do is go to your local store and have them inspect it and let them give you all the details of what your insurance will and won't cover... although this seems like a defect or technical problem, it should be covered. Especially if the phone is under 1 year, you still have factory warranty.

I agree with your opinion. We have to first call the local store for any kind of problem.

insurance cover normally like lost/stolen phone. damage phone and out of warranty phones. actually insurance is a great investment if your using a smartphone. its just 4.99 per mos.
