I don't know why i switched to ATT... Customer service not good Hung up on 4 times and I was nice..

And which companies do care? Verizion, Sprint, Wal-Mart? Seriously people, I don't know why you expect a huge organization to care in 2012.

If it's within 30 days you can cancel without a Termination fee, and switch to a different company.
