Not easily. May be a smartphone app that takes voicemail and deliver to an e-mail address. Check out HulloMail or Visual Voicemail Plus.

if you have a gmail account, just go to voice.google.com and get a number for voicemail. You can set it to forward notifications to your email and you just log in to voice.google.com to see your entire voicemails there to download or listen to. LIke was said before, you can try hullomail and others, I just prefer google voice since I already had a google account.
