double charged AT&T store/webs ite glitch- new account

Hi,
There was a website glitch when I was checking out last night (registered a new account). The website "timed-out", so I didn't think the transaction went through. I tried it again and the order went through a second time.
However, I checked my credit card account this morning and it looks like I've been charged twice on two separate transactions. I only received an email confirming the second purchase.
Who should I contact to get the first transaction cancelled?
I'm a new customer so I don't have any type of AT&T account set up yet.

double check to see if the first charge was not just a ping against the account to make sure it was a valid charge method? There should be a contact method on your receipt
