I added my daughter to our phone plan around October or November of last year. I told them to put insurance on it. The phone got damaged and we found out it doesn't have insurance. No one would even work with us. It's pretty said to have service with you since 2002 and be treated like this. Now she is out a lot of money. Do you have any options to help us.
