guys, i was shocked this morning when i talked to att customer care.
i called up att ~ 3 weeks ago to terminate my service and the customer representative assured me to prorate the charge by the termination date.
i got a monthly statement and saw the charge was not prorated.
then i called up att and they said they can not prorate the charge; no matter the termination date is i got to pay for the entire billing period.
i explained her the customer representative did not write any on prorated charge on her record and i should have voice recorded the coversation !
oh my... you know what, it is probably just $20 or so,, but i just lose all my good memory with att (i have been with att for ~ 3 1/2 yrs), and i will never ever come back to be with att....

It is a great shame that the cs reps do no even know their own terms of service.
