I am looking for solutions on a problem with my mobile phone. After a frustrating experience yesterday on the phone with the ATT Wireless customer service rep, she came up with a useless idea. I asked her to email it to me, and today I proved that her answer was useless. I did a Google search on my problem and the exact problem came up on a website called BIG RESOURCES. But when I clicked the VIEW REPLIES button to find out the solution, I was sent to ATTs website. I had to REGISTER to get the answers. I tried several times to get to the information I needed without registering, but no dice. After another frustrating ten minutes of registering and then having to have my email VERIFIED by ATT, then I again clicked on the VIEW REPLIES, only to be taken to an ATT screen telling me I'm not authorized for this information. What is this runaround? And why does ATT continue to use the term Customer Service when they obviously have no interest in the subject?
