$100 Bill credit for Nokia 900

I got the black Nokia 900 last week after hearing about the awesome deal ( $99 unfront and $100 credit on the first bill)
Quite glad with the purchase as I liked the phone. The first bill got generated within 1 week of purchase and it does NOT reflect the $100 credit
Has anyone else got the first bill for their lumina and dont see the $100 credit. Not sure why? I ordered online through the corporate portal to get the 23% service discount.
Could that be a reason I did not get the credit? I the announcement from nokia did not exclude any specific type of user. As long as I get the phone before April 21st it should be good.

It could take up to 2 billing cycles.

Thanks for the info.
Call me paraniod but I called the customer service today and then had no idea what the credit about
They kept asking me if it was a mail in rebate
I then realized that AT&T has never advertised this officially on their portal. It is just nokia who has announced it on their blog
Can this be something that AT&T will never honour and we will have no where to go?

I liked the phone a lot.
It is nice to see nokia make a come back. I have been using nokia from the ages of 1100 and 3210 ( more than 10 years)
Switched over to a iphone since 2007 and have had all versions of the iphone from day 1
Hope it works out well for nokia. No one can beat them in hardware.

AT&T is not offering the credit, it is from Nokia, AT&T has nothing to do with the bill credit that is why AT&T CS has no idea about it.

..Mild panic, more worry than panic. Also bought the Lumia 900 on April 21. Salesperson assured me I would receive the credit. My new bill does not reflect the credit. Getting a little worried. Anyone else still waiting?

The games are already starting with AT&T Customer Care. I sent an email off to try and discover why I had not received the $100 bill credit (I pre-ordered the phone and received it two days before officially launch). I received a response that does not give me high hopes for AT&T not just pocketing the rebate reimbursement from Nokia:

I understand your concerns regarding account credits. Unfortunately I am not aware of any current promotions or offers for a $100 account credit.
I have reviewed your account and do not see any notes regarding this offer. Could you please provide us with more information regarding the credit? Who provided you with this offer? Were there any terms or conditions regarding this offer? Once more information is provided we can look further into the credit for you. I apologize for any frustration this may cause you.

you need to contact Nokia - if they offered it, they have to fulfill it. The creit was initiated by Nokia not att they have to honor it
In any case, "as a gesture of good will," Nokia says it will provide $100 credit to the AT&T bills of customers who have purchased a Lumia 900, essentially making the phone free. The offer applies to purchases made up until April 21.

Purchsed the Lumia 900 on April 21st. Just received my June bill, still no rebate credit. I Did contact Nokia, they informed me via Email that this is now an AT&T Issue.
I did email just AT&T and am waiting for a reply.
I really hope this is resolved soon.

Indeed the games have begun.
I just received my reply from at&t wirelss.
They claim that the phone was 199.99 and since I paid 99.99 I got my rebate.
Nope. Not how I remeber it .
The phone was listed nationwide at 99.99. The rebate was ontop of that making it virtually free aside from the upgrade fee of 36.00.
Anyone else have this issue with at&t?

The phone was and always has been $99.99 on contract until recently it was reduced to $49.99. I contacted Nokia after 2 billing periods without the credit applied and they told me to contact AT&T. I have not contacted AT&T yet but you should contact AT&T CS via phone.

I just went through all my bills and never got the credit. Btw, it isn't Nokia's responsibility. ATT has an article posted about it.

Would suggest that you include Nokia in any correspondence you send, also did you click on the link and check the instructions on the Nokia website? From looking at the site and the links there was a specific date period that the phone had to be purchased, the end date was April 21st and it appears that the start dates was at release - March of 2012. So did yo buy the phone during that period of time?

Purchased it on release day. Nokia let me know that AT&T would handle the $100 credit. Just got a response from AT&T, it was canned and not even relevant...

Okay, after waiting four biling periods. I wrote (emaied) Nokia, they referred me to AT&T. At frist AT&T tried the line I wrote above. I re-emailed them moments after I read their above reply. They wrote back with an apology and immediatly took the 100.00 off my bill..
Thank you AT&T.
When I emailed AT&T included the email chain from Nokia.

Yeah,I finally got it applied as well. It took 3 tries in email form. Last try I just responded with the url to the att article with an all caps READ IT.
