Blocking Numbers

How do I block a person from texting or calling me? Do I have to call in to costumer service, or is there another way?

From what I recall, they charge you to do this. Really does seem like a basic function that should be included in the normal charges!

"smart limits" is about 5 dollars a month and blocks all texts and calls from 15 numbers you choose.  check if your device has a "block all calls" from a certain number, which will block calls but not texts, i think...

My daughter continues to get harrassing phone calls from a number.  SHe has the iphone 4.  How do I block them?

There is the Smart Limits feature of $4.99 that lets you to block specific phone number. Also there are some phones that have the option to block numbers. What model of phone you have?

It was designed for bill collectors, telemarketers, & etc.

but they added the ability to add the numbers to want

to the list to ignore. she can download the free silent

ringtone for the Blacklist contact at:

So yes the calls when still come through silently

but your still logging the calls too so if need be

you can file harassment charges, word of advice

if these calls are coming from a cell send one message

telling them to stop all forms of communcation or any

future forms of communication will be seen as harassment

and you will have no chose but to file charges. That way

all your bases are covered. by the way I'm a police officer.
