Does anyone know if there is a way to block a phone number? Calls and text messages?

I have a Samsung Impression. I don't know if you could do this with the phone or if there is a feature on the phone plan...something.

To add an entry to the Reject List follow the steps below:     To activate or deactivate Auto Reject   Enter the phone number, using the keypad Press OK Press Save to Add to the Reject List Press to check the box to the left of the number to Auto Reject it   Press the phone number or contact name Press Save to Add to the Reject List Press to check the box to the left of the number to Auto Reject it Press the desired Contact (If the Contact has multiple numbers, press the desired phone number) Press Save to Add to the Reject List Press to check the box to the left of the number to Auto Reject it Press Recent Calls Press Address Book Press the Number box Press Search Press Activation On or Off Press Reject List (Add Number) Press to check the box to the left of Unknown to Reject all incoming calls with an Unknown caller ID From the standby screen, press Menu Press Settings Press Calls Press General Press Auto Reject Press any of the following: Press Save to keep the Auto Reject settings Note: Auto Reject list entries will be automatically sent to voicemail
