Contact customer service (1-800-331-0500). They can provide the subsidy unlock code provided you meet at&t's requirements. This is the best way to unlock the device.

I too unlocked my nokia 6600 here [3rd party link removed per Guidelines] at free of cost. You may try to unlock here or get it from your network provider.
