How do I swap sim cards between phones on our family plan? My mother does not like the new phone we just got her. I switched the sim cards between the phones and keep getting the message "sim card not provisioned mm#2" message.

What are the two phones? Depending upon the phone model, ATT has to also update their end of the system to ensure everything works correctly.
