I need to know who to talk to at AT&T or file an official complaint. I had no issues with AT&T until this year when I made the mistake of renewing my contract and buying an HTC Titan. I then made the mistake after receiving the phone with numerous issues to engage HTC vice AT&T. HTC told me they had known problems with the phone, specifically that one could barely hear anyone either end during a call, engineers working on it. I have never gotten more than the smallest bar, if that, which they blamed on AT&T and the cover which blocks the antenna. So I waited for the engineer solution (software) to fix the issue. Never happened and then the keyboard disappeared after making an initial call, unable to put in any following info or hang up. Last straw told to contact AT&T, I am now on my 3rd Titan, each worse than the previous. Last call on the phone for over 5 hours because the phone kept dropping calls and each time I had to start all over from the beginning with each new rep. I had reached my breaking point but decided to give them one more chance since I had been with AT&T so long and had never had issues before. One of the reps said maybe it was my SIM to mention to warranty. When I did I was rudely told the issues I had been having could not be attributed to a SIM. Now phone 3, I have been completely without service for 5 days now, only getting emergency call status on my only phone. What did they tell me when I called, MUST BE THE SIM. NO WORKING PHONE DAY 6 AND SIM HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED. PLEASE HELP!!!
