I just got the LG Neon about a week ago, and I can't seem to send or receive MMS messages. Whenever I try sending one, about 30 seconds later it will say "Unable to send". I've looked on the tutorials on here and have done everything it told me to do, and it still won't work. I have internet access and everything. I also have the Unlimited Talk & Text plan for $60/mo, does that have anything to do with why I can't send of receive MMS messages? I also have $30 in my account (I have pay-as-you-go), so I'm confused as to why I can't do anything in regards to MMS messaging. I would appreciate any kind of help.

You will want to call customer care from another phone at 1-800-331-0500 and have them assist you in troubleshooting this issue for you.

no u don't have to call them.. here's what u do: go to menu, then go to settings. Then go to Phone settings, and go all the way to the bottom where it says Reset settings, then click Master reset. It will say "All settings reset to default, continue?" click yes. the security code is 0000. it will take less than a minute to reset everything back to default (this wont erase any pics, audio, etc.) it should work after u do that ![]()

Thank you very much for posting this. I hate calling AT&T about my Neon because I call them so much about it. I JUST got this new phone yesterday evening and if it wasn't for you posting this, I would have had to call them.

oh my gosh. I just spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T...they had no clue how to fix this problem. They ended up just saying towers were causing it and to retry in 48 hours. Instead I did the master reset and it fixed it. How in the world did they not know this solution, it is too easy and worked! Thank you!!!
