Twice I have posted reviews of my AT&T device and twice the reviews are rejected with no reason other than "read the guidelines" (the second rejection's link in invalid btw).
The only rule I am breaking is to COMPLIMENT AT&T phone support.
HOW do I get a negative review published?

I'm seeing plenty of negative reviews on the AT&T site. Can you post your review here? Maybe someone here can see what the problem is.

Are you seeing any items in red that *need correcting* before you can post?

My negative review of the Pantech Burst was also rejected without reason. The link to the guidelines I'm supposed to read also didn't work. Anyone who calls us on the Pantech Burst hears an annoying echo and most people will no longer call us because of the irritating echo. AT&T CS says they are aware of the problem and the fix will come some day, but would not replace the phone because they already replaced the last phone which was also defective. This is a refurbished phone and I upgraded my account to get a phone that works. So am I to understand that if your phone is replaced as defective, good luck with the next one!
