I just saw them on my AT&T website......never seen them before. They took the Eternity off and put that one on.....I

I almost bought an Eternity a couple of days ago and some ATT stores said they weren't getting any more in.....that scared
me so maybe I'll just try the Mural too.....it's kind of nice and I'm using my RAZR now anyway 'cause i didn't like all the
touch screens on the Vu. My granddaughter got that...ha.

I wanted to get the Mural but my OKC stores didn't have it, so the lady talked me into a Samsung A777. I do not like it at all!
I checked at AT&T in Dallas last week-end and he couldn't even get the messages to ding loud enough to hear, so he told
me to take it back where I got it and see if they could get me a Mural.....his choice. Problem is that now I will have a re-stocking
fee of $35 on top of the $18 for the up-grade. When you add all this up, I could have gotten a Blackberry Bold......ha. We'll have to
see what they say at my AT&T. I'm hopeful they will waive the $35 fee. Coming home from Dallas, I could hear some of my
texts so don't know what the deal is.......I'll try.......

the back cover stays on with a little lever or push button..you have to hold it open then carefully put the cover on making sure its secure with the prongs..get yourself the clear covercase from daydeal.com...you'll be ok..love mine...love nokias...

I was up-dating my phone and ended up with a Samsung A777. HORRIBLE! I could not hear it ring, much less hear a text
message when it came in. One AT&T rep. told me he didn't know about the problem and made a note to let people know
that was an issue. I gave it back, spent $35 for a re-stocking fee and got a Mural today. I LOVE IT!!!! It is the easiest phone
I have ever tried to operate.......kind of a great up-date of the RAZR which was my most reliable phone. I love the colors you
can change and set it up without even reading the quick start guide. I'm 64, so no computer whiz, and it has a very loud
ring and have already put pictures and music on it. You can't go wrong with the Mural!

I don't think this Nokia will disappoint you at all.....i have yet to find something I DON'T like. It's a great find and I'm
really happy with it.........

Someone else said their back cover fell off (read prior comments on page 1, but there is a snap to lock it into place. I love the pewter
color, but got 3 cases.....red, neon green and bright pink, on Ebay for $18 bucks for all....also a couple of chargers for $6 bucks.
I am happier and happier with mine the more I put on it and work with it.......hope you can get that back to stay.....

I've had my Mural since 11/13. I have not used the GPS feature. You DO have the 30 day buyer's remorse period but there is a $35 restocking fee, at least at the corp store, anyway.
Texting on this phone is fairly easy...just took me some getting used to since it's a little different than my old LG Shine.
All in all, it's a pretty sturdy phone. I have found a few things that I DON'T like about it but I'll probably end up keeping mine.

The biggest difference between your V365 and the Mural is the Mural's 3G data. 3G data is still battery hungry, just a year or two ago Apple refused to release their original iPhone with 3G data because the battery performance would not have been acceptable. Obviously things have improved, but it's still not power-light by any means.
If your wife doesn't use data much (or at all), you can change a setting to make packet data be on 'only when needed'. The setting is under Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data conn . Change the setting from 'always online' to 'when needed'. Also, if she doesn't use Bluetooth, make sure that setting is turned off too.
I'd be curious to hear how much that helps.

All I've been hearing in this forum is that this phone is amazing. I think it is horrible. I have only had the phone for a month, and it is the most miserable piece of crap I have ever owned.
First of all, the camera doesn't work. If you don't use the camera constantly, it will bring up a "not allowed" error message every time you want to take a picture. You solve this by turning off the phone, taking out the battery, and restarting the phone. This gets really annoying.
It also records really horrible voice messages. The quality is bad.
Today, I was trying to text a friend and the screen suddenly went dark. The screen started flickering, and I can hardly see the screen anymore. I didn't drop my phone; I was just sending a text message. I tried restarting my phone. It didn't help any. I am left with a dark, flickering screen.
Also, you can barely customize the phone. I had my old phone set up so each of my friends had a different song play when they texted me. You can't personalize texting sounds. Just the ringtones.
Overall, I'm just really unhappy with this phone. I go to college for Information Technology, so I know what the best is and demand it from all my devices. This is not it.

With all the issues you are having with the phone, I'd file for a warranty exchange. Unfortunately since you are beyond the initial 30 day return period, you won't be able to return it to the the point of purchase for another model.
None of the Nokias have the personalized text tones - I agree, it is a nice feature. Also, unless you are referring to the phone's voice recorder (?), voice mail is recorded/stored on a server at at&t - not on the phone; so it's not the phone's quality that is poor, although you may be experiencing a poor quality of voice service when you make the phone call to retrieve your voice mails.

I agree with hme83...return it or call warranty for an exchange. I've had my Mural since November and have had no problems like you are discribing. As for customizing this phone, it is more customizible than the LG Shine that I previously had. For it being a dumbphone, it has not disappointed me. I'd but another one in a minute if I had to. Sorry to hear that you are having so many issues with yours.
I have never had a phone that texts from friends were customizible..only ringtones.
