Can anyone tell me how to turn the sound down on the Mural other than going into the settings and changing it from Normal to Vibrate? I thought it would turn the ring down by the rocker button on the left, but that only turns the music up and down. I have tried so many times and so many things and I cannot figure this out. Sometimes, like in a movie, I would like to turn it down but still have some ringer, but I seem to have no option other than going to settings and physically click on vibrate. That takes a bit of time......just seems so strange not to be able to turn the volume up or down instead of normal OR vibrate.....Thanks.........

You should be able to sue the rocker ont he left side when not on a call and the phoen is flipped open to decrease the ring volume, if it does not work it may be a flaw in that specific phone.
