Pantech Link5000 pictures to pc

I have Pantech LINK 5000 phone and Windows7 pc. I can synch music and calendar and contacts but I can't figure out how to take pictures from phone to pc. I looked through the Pantech community postings and found the solution once and put pictures on pc. I had to go to pc and click a box to allow the info to come through right. I thought this was a one time fix but it's not working now and I can't remember what to do. Device (?) doesn't work on my pc. Maybe I have something turned off with that also. Any help would be appreciated.
