My son had a Samsung Magnet that I have taken possession of. It currently has the problem where it refuses to charge. Battery temperature is either too high or too low. I got it to charge a little by putting it in the refrigerator but finally gave up. The battery is dead now. Is this a common problem that might be covered by warranty?

If the phone was purchased less than 1 year ago then yes the battery is under warranty and can be exchanged at any corporate owned ATTM store location. http://www.wireless.att.com/find-a-store
