I recently got a Nook tablet and loaded my att.yahoo.com e-mail settings (from the att support web site) into it's e-mail program. It worked fine for a couple of hours. Since then I get some of my e-mail, but most of the time I get "connection error" (no number or explanation) while trying to load incoming messages. I have tried deleting the account and then re-establishing it, but to no avail. I have tried using inbound.att, net / outbound att.net and also Pop.att.yahoo.com / SMTP.att.yahoo.com. Neither one works correctly. I have done this 5 times now, so I am pretty sure it is not my settings. I have heard that Yahoo is the one providing the mobile servers and they are overwhelmed by the amount of mobile devices accessing their servers and that is the problem, but I can't get anyone at att or Yahoo to admit that or to provide some kind of work-around for this problem. As I understand it, there are many of us that are having this problem. Does anyone out there have any suggestions or can point me somewhere to get a solution for this frustrating problem? Thanks in advance for your help! Camp H. in Fl.

I recommend downloading a yahoo mail app on the nook. A lot of smartphones that use Google have similar issues on the embedded email apps with yahoo specifically.
