memory low

i have a nokia surge 6790. the memory is constantly low or full. i have deleted pics, ringtones, texts.....even tried changing sd card. deletes cache, cookies.... nothing seems to help. now i cant reply to text messages because of the memory issue, even though i only have about 10 saved messages. what can i do to clean up the memory problems? the phone hasnt even synced to my email in 2 weeks (which i only had set up to do a few times a day). i paid alot of hard earned money for this phone and havent had it a full year yet.

Have you done a factory reset? I'd start there if you haven't already tried doing one.
