I have a samsug a437 and am trying desperately to set up voicemail after having this phone for over a year. I press and hold the 1 key and the voice prompts me to enter my 10digit phone number. I enter it and it says "I'm sorry I could not find that number in our system." I entered {Personal content removed for your safety}, which is my cell #, but I notice that when I press and hold the 1 key, a different # shows up briefly: {Personal content removed for your safety - different number} -- so naturally I tried entering that # but that didn't work either. Help?

Since your voicemail was not set up when you got your phone, you need to have Customer Service reset your voicemail.
