[Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].you broke my galaxy s2 i777 with your update, I suggest everyone experiencing problems call at&t and demand a refund on the purchase of your phone or demand credit towards a new one.. It took me 2 hours but I finally got it... Don't let at&t scam and steal from you!

They broke the 2.3.6 update, it never lets your wifi sleep, causing the phones battery to decline rapidly, you will also experience many freezes, i thought maybe it was just my phone, after a new battery, microsd and new phone still same problems.. Only answer is at&t tech crew tests nothing before release or they update broke the device purposely believe what you want those are the only 2 intelligent theory's 

at&t is the slowest at releasing updates for their phones and devices, Samsung released their official ice cream sandwich update in march, now we're closing in on may and at&t and has said nothing of when or where our update is..

When  I pay good money for a device it needs to work, and work properly.. I am ashamed for at&t for acting this way, straighten up or lose your customers because I will not be silenced just from you deleting my posts mods..

Ah, the UCKK6 update saga goes on.

This is pitiful.  Samsung fixed the battery drain problems in December, before AT&T even started pushing UCKK6 out.

At this point, Samsung has had ICS out for over a month, and no update is yet in sight for AT&T.

The delay for ICS is something I could accept if AT&T were really delaying it for quality assurance issues - but the fact that they pushed out UCKK6 after less than a month of testing and then have completely failed to rectify the problems it caused is inexcusable.

Originally my plan was to begin using my contract subsidy to buy an eBayable phone and then purchase a real phone with the proceeds - but at that point the discounts I get through my company on accessories no longer matter.  I'm a light data user, so the data plans offered by Straight Talk's new BYOD SIM sales are perfect for me - if AT&T won't give me a discount for BYOD, and won't provide customers with a properly working phone, why stick with them?

i don't know it looks like i'll just have to fork out the $500 for the international version of the galaxy s3, it seems all phones customized with carrier specs always are left out with updates and fixes, my ranting ends here. the answer to our problems is to buy the real galaxy from samsung not at&t's version

They are still having the same problem and At&t refuses to replace the phone with anything else unless I upgrade and renew my contract to me thats extorsion.My phone is under warranty and i have lost confidence in Samsung and just want a phone that works Ihave filed a complaint with the FCC and will do the same with the BBB and the Colorado Attorney General.I have sent off an email to At&t Corporate and willbe calling Monday morning.
