I have been using att mobile to pay my uverse bill for a year now. I recently upgraded phones and now the site is blocked for my new phone I get a message saying I should use a computer to manage my account. When I try to download the app for my phone it is not available. Thank you for the convenience.

go to att.com/myatt on your desktop computer and try and log in. If you're successful...
when you're on m.att.com/myatt on your mobile device, manually type in your username and password (even if you have it saved)
If you have the same problem logging in on a desktop browser, you should get a message with a "Click to Chat" graphic. Click on that and someone should be able to help you out.
If you're able to log in on your PC but still can't on your mobile browser manually inputting your credentials... Registering for an Access ID and linking your account might help. (see here http://forums.att.com/t5/Wireless-Online-Account-A

I had myATT on my iphone 3G. I used to be able to check my usage on my phone to keep track of minutes and data used. I was prompted to update the App a few weeks ago. Ever since I did that, I can no longer check my usage. This was the ONLY reason I downloaded the App on my phone. Checking my usage isn't even listed as an option. I would like to know if this could be fixed. I have tried deleting the App and downloading it again, but it didn't fix the problem.
