You can view your call history on your online account manager.
From the account overview page - there is a section Group shared usage - in that section on the lower right is a link -- view usage details - then there is a section - member shared usage - expand the talk - expand the family group 1 then click on the details link on the phone line that you want the details.
These instructions are for a family plan but I am sure if it is an individual account, the steps are pretty much the same.
