I recently added U-verse internet and signed up for an Access ID. When I log in it doesn't see any of my other ATT accounts (phone, wireless). It asks me to log into those separately.
I know I need to Link the accounts, but when I login using the accountID there is no option to "link an account" anywhere, on any tab on the page. Instructions from ATT say to logon using accountID and click on "link an account", but that's not an option on my page.
I shouldn't be surprised, when they "upgraded' my service to Uverse internet and voice it was weeks late, then the voice was cancelled 2 or 3 times, then they shut off my landline and DSL, then they put the landline and DSL and Uverse internet all on so the internet still wouldn't work, trying to use nonexistant dryloops, etc, etc..... It went on and on for a week and hours of cell calls, until I accepted being left with Uverse internet and the landline because they kept screwing up the Uverse VOIP. It's a lot of work having ATT sometimes.
Now how do I link an account without a hyperlink to "link an account" ???

Hi,
Thanks for the help.
I've tried with IE9 and the latest Firefox. I can log in with my account ID fine, but there is no "link an account' link as I saw in another ATT video or a "Link an Account" tab link as in your ATT video. And without any links to "link an account" I have no way to do it. I've looked through every tab under MyATT and even checked under all the options under the sitemap.
Thanks
