Whireless Online Account Access

I'm trying to register myself in mygophone site, but without any success - after entering my phone number and pin a page for personal information appears. Here there are falling menus for entering state and country. These menus do not work - only 'please select' is written, but nothing to select. State and Country are required items and so there is no way the information to be submitted.

This is a common problem. There have been posts that say change to Spanish and that will correct the problem.
